Fusion V6 Sport also has a pothole mitigation system within its standard CCD suspension, which can provide some protection against jarring impact and costly wheel and tire repairs.

Electric power-assisted steering (EPAS) automatically adjusts to deliver the precise feel and control you need at higher speeds, as well as the assistance slower speeds require. EPAS features drift control and active nibble control. Drift control detects road conditions – such as a crowned road surface or crosswinds – and adjusts the EPAS to compensate.
